    • November 12 - Early Release @ 11:30 - Classes 4, 5, 6.  Conferencing time is from 12:15-3:30 & 4:30-7:30 in the Commons.
    • November 13 - Early Release @ 11:30 - Classes 1, 2, 3. Conferencing time is from 12:15 - 3:30 in Teacher's classrooms.
    • November 14 - Early Release @ 11:30 - Classes 4, 5, 6.
    Activities:
    • October 23 - Volleyball vs. Raymond - Senior Night
    • October 23 - Cross country @ Ocosta - bus leave time @ 1:15
    • October 24 - Football vs. Illwaco - Senior Night

    Notes:

    • Today's lunch is Sweet & Sour Chicken Nuggets & Oven Fries.  Students, please take care of your lunch bills.
    • FFA members stop by and sign up for our District FFA Volleyball night on Nov.5th.
    • Football Team--Please stop by Ross' room at some point today (Thursday 10/23) to put in your request for Friday night. If you don't do this, you don't get a burger. If you have issues see Morgan Spivey.
    • Next Wednesday, October 29 is your last opportunity to share portfolio items with your Advisory teacher for first quarter grades. Please make sure you have done that. At 10:30 that same day we will be having winter sports meetings, so take care of your portfolio entries so that you can attend. Wrestling will meet in room 234, Boys Basketball will meet in room 232 & Girls Basketball will meet in room 449.
    • The high school is putting together another order for Rainier Fan Wear.  Please have your order forms and money turned into the office by November 7th.
    • Fall grams are on sale now. Please see an NHS member or Ms. Dickerson if you are interested in purchasing grams. They are 3 for $1 or 50 cents each. You may turn your completed grams into the box in the middle school office or the high school library. We will deliver them on October 29th during advisory.
    • Crossroads 3rd Annual Pumpkin Patch, located on Bald Hill Rd is open for the season with pumpkins of all shapes & sizes; plus many fun and free activities for the whole family on Saturdays. Proceeds from the pumpkin sales will be donated to Rainier’s REF & Yelm’s DFS.
    • Just letting you know, we'd love to have you join our prom committee! Meetings are scheduled for November 12, December 11, January 22 and February 19 at 7:45 a.m. in room 235. This is going to be an awesome prom and the committee has been working diligently for you since May. Come join us!
    • Mrs. Baker will be starting a cooking night. It will be every Tuesday with a possible extra day added in November. The time will be 3:15-4:30. Come and make a meal for your family. Any questions see Mrs. Baker.

  • Counselor's Corner:
    • College Admission Visits: Central Washington University, Wednesday, October 29 at 10:15 and Corban University on Friday, October 31 at 10:30. Both visits are open to any student and will take place in the conference room (Room #234). Please sign up in the counseling center.
    • ASVAB November 6, 8:30 a.m. in the High School Library Computer Lab. Sign up in the counseling center.
    • University of Tacoma admissions person will visit RHS on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 10:00 in the conference room. Sign up in the counseling center if you would like to attend.
