CLASS ELECTION INFORMATION:
1. You will meet with your NEW class and give class election information on June 7 at 11 a.m. and also take nominations for next year’s officers. Please keep them until lunch dismissal. If you have extra time, ask them about fundraisers or goals they have for the upcoming year.
2. The paperwork is due to the new advisor on June 9 by 8 a.m. As the new advisor you can choose how to handle elections and class discussion. The election can be by hand votes after each candidate gives their election speech on June 12 at 8:35 a.m.
3. Speeches and election is with new class advisor on June 12 at 8:35.
Also, if you have no candidates for a specific office on Election Day, you may open nominations and proceed that way. Give a call to Beth in the office to check GPA. YOU MAY NOT TAKE NOMINATIONS FROM THE FLOOR FOR ANY OFFICE THAT HAS A CANDIDATE WHO HAS COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK. If you have questions, please let me know.
